Shipping Methods

We aim to process your order as soon as possible and will send your product/s out to you within 3 working days. Your items will be delivered for a flat rate of £1.99 for any order (within the UK only). See below for export orders.

Export Orders

Please contact us via e-mail at info@ragchop.com if you are outside the UK and would like to make a purchase from Ragchop.

We can ship anywhere in the world but we prefer to quote for your order in order to give you the lowest possible shipping rate.

Faulty Goods

Lengths of fabric or trim that have been cut from a roll are deemed bespoke items and may not be returned unless agreed to be faulty. If your goods are faulty, you must email us at info@ragchop.com within 7 working days of receipt of your order (providing your Order Number, and the nature of the fault/damage). If your item is faulty we will refund the full purchase price inclusive of postage.

Returns

We hope you'll love Ragchop products but if you aren't happy with your purchase please send us an e-mail at info@ragchop.com within 7 days stating the reason why. It is with regret that we can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty on the following items:

• Fabric Samples
• Cut to order measured items (such as Fabrics & Haberdashery sold by the metre)
• Items which have been cut or interfered with by the purchaser.

Colour

The colours on this site will be affected by the settings of the monitor on which they are viewed and can therefore only be an approximation of the actual textile shade. If an accurate match is required we advise that you purchase a sample swatch for matching. 

Cut Goods

Any item that has to be cut from a roll, may not be returned on basis of colour.
